This package is designed for the couple who have already secured their venue and date but want professional assistance with the remaining details.

Budget Development: We will Breakdown Your Budget Based on Each Wedding Category.
Plan 2 Vendors: Check Availability, Gather Proposal and Manage Two Vendors of Your Choice and Attend All Meeting and Calls with Those Vendors Through Your Wedding Planning. (Other vendors can be managed as add-on’s)
Vendor List: Vendor List Recommendations Based on your Budget and Ideas.
Review Vendor Contracts: Before You Sign, We Will Make Sure Everything is in Order.
Design: Review and Guidance
Book and manage deliveries of Rentals- ex. Linens, Stage, etc.
Planning Calls: Once a Month You will have a Call or In Person Meeting with Your Lead Planner.
Online Planning Portal Access After You Sign the Contract.
Unlimited Support: You can Email and Text Your Lead Planner throughout the Planning Process.
Custom Wedding Day Timeline and Floorplan: We coordinate vendor logistics for you and develop a detailed timeline and floorplan.
Distribute: Custom timeline for your wedding party.
1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal Management: Stress-free rehearsal coordination.
Personal Small Item Set-Up and Breakdown: We handle items like your guest book and welcome sign.

This package is perfect for the couple who wants a sounding board! We start working with you 6 months or 3 months before your wedding month. You want a professional to create how your day will look from rehearsal practice to how you will leave your wedding reception and who will clean up when it is over. This package is all of this and whole lot more.

Weekday Package:
Are you getting married on a weekday, but your venue still requires you to have a wedding coordinator or planner? Reach out to hear about our weekday package we offer Monday-Thursday.
Wedding Consultation:
This service is perfect for couples who don’t need a full day-of planner or are planning an out-of-state or destination wedding. We offer planning guidance, vendor recommendations, and help creating a basic timeline to keep you on track. Services are billed hourly, similar to a wedding planning consultation.

BOOK THEM!!! Cathy & Jodi did an amazing job all weekend long! The planning process was seamless with them and having access to aisle planner was a game changer! Trust me have them set up your rehearsal dinner spot! It was so nice waking in and having it all done and ready to go right after the rehearsal! Wedding day went seamless and they were there for anything and everything you need! Best part is you can have them bring your personal items & items you had to bring to the venue back to you the next day so you don’t have to worry about what to do with them! I would book them all over again!
