Create a wedding day timeline and floorplan. We reach out to each vendor you have booked to coordinate: arrival time, vendor meals, parking and load-in instructions/confirm hours hired and any materials they are providing.
Manage 1 HR ceremony rehearsal
Personal item set-up and breakdown : example - guest book, welcome sign
Distribute tips at the end of wedding night.
Most importantly we help wherever is needed on wedding day!

We will start working with you 8 months prior to your wedding month to provide extra help and guidance with your planning.
This includes:
5 in-person or virtual meetings -one which will be the final walkthrough.
8 monthly check-in’s to keep you on track with when to plan what.
Vendor recommendations at any point.
Planning software that starts 8 months out so you can keep track of your wedding planning spreadsheets and notes all in 1 place.
Create a wedding day timeline and Floorplan. We reach out to each vendor you have booked to coordinate: arrival time, vendor meals, parking and load-in instructions/confirm hours hired and any materials they are providing.

*Mileage and Gas will be charged for clients over 35 miles outside metro Atlanta based on Federal Mileage Rate
