Annie and Jack – Southern Wedding at Dunwoody Country Club

Annie and Jack’s September 2025 wedding was truly a breath of fresh air. It beautifully blended timeless Southern charm with modern touches — from classic blue and white florals and a traditional ceremony to a bold black-and-white dance floor and late-night bites of Chick-fil-A and espresso martinis. This celebration truly had it all.

Annie began her day getting ready in the ladies’ lounge at Dunwoody Country Club, surrounded by her nine bridesmaids. Her talented styling team from The Moore Agency spent the morning pampering the group and preparing them for the fabulous day ahead.

Jack and his groomsmen enjoyed a relaxed morning in the men’s lounge at the club, catching a little football and sharing lunch while getting ready. It was the perfect laid-back start before the excitement of the day unfolded.

The incredibly talented Heather Dettore captured most of the portraits before the ceremony, allowing Annie and Jack to shake off any pre-ceremony jitters. Annie shared sweet moments with her bridesmaids and her dad before heading into the emotional first look with Jack.

After their first look, the wedding party gathered with bouquets created by Blosm Designs for group photos before heading to the ceremony at Dunwoody United Methodist Church.

Just before the 280+ guests arrived, Annie and Jack snapped a quick photo in front of the church before saying “I do.” The ceremony space was warm and inviting, the sound of the organ filling the sanctuary, and a grand altar that perfectly framed the couple alongside their loved ones.

Following the ceremony, guests made their way back to Dunwoody Country Club for the reception. Since family and wedding party portraits had already been completed, Annie and Jack were able to sneak away for a few newlywed photos around the beautiful property. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed a delicious spread of appetizers along with signature cocktails — the “Sweet Annie” and “Jack’s Juice” — crafted by the club’s amazing culinary and bar team.

When it was time to open the ballroom doors, Pure Party Band was ready to kick off the celebration. Annie and Jack shared their first dance to “You Are the Best Thing,” setting the tone for an energetic and joy-filled evening. Guests flowed between the dance floor and dinner, celebrating nonstop.

As the night continued, it was time for cake cutting and classic photo moments, followed by late-night treats everyone loved — Chick-fil-A biscuits and espresso martinis. Annie and Jack even joined the band on stage for a few songs, making the night even more memorable.

To close out the celebration, the couple shared a private last dance before making their grand exit in a family convertible — the perfect ending to a beautiful Southern wedding day.

“I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a great job with Annie and Jack’s wedding. You were so nice to work with and everything went so smoothly. We appreciate all you did to ensure such a special day for them both. Again thanks for making the whole process fun and easy. It was a perfect day. Cathy (MOB)
